you're crying 'cause you're dying

but you turn a blind eye and you keep on trying

keep giving in

ten bloody fingerprints

cut from ten bloody fingertips

you trade them for spades

if you're lucky

you'll trade them for space

remember that what remains

is nothing but a trace

something you have missed

you are bound by a finite plane

and you already cease to exist
