No. 6 Tainted

Fog drowned sunrises' cloud my memories
Of distant days and far gone ways
We used to sing and play
Of innocence tainted, love lamented
Rage and sorrow led astray
Abyssal cliffs with hearts amiss
Loss/Lost on the teetering edge,
Dancing quietly, stepping lightly;
one move to slip over the ledge
