No Box

My life has been about fitting in one box or another.

Losing pieces of myself when they simply didn't fit.

Being someone else to fill in the empty spaces.

Shaping into someone I don't recognize.

Becoming someone I don't want to be.

No more.

I am all boxes and none.

I am experiences and ideas uniquely my own.

I fit in only one box.

The box labeled me.
