no, i get it

oh ok cool

oh ok really?
oh ok if that's what you want
oh ok do you really want that?
oh ok so you really don't want me?
oh ok what did I do wrong?
I mean
I know you know that I'm drowning
I know you know that he's the anchor
I know you know that the rope that ties me to him is being worn thin
And I know that you know you can help me swim
So why are you standing idly by, watching me gasp for air and fight the current?
Is it so inconvenient to invest yourself in me?
