No Love

The future, A life worth living, Not what I see, I see a place where society isn't truly free, Love, is lost Truths, are tossed Hope can only be bought, But where do we begin to fight, Unite, we must find a way, Ignorance brings no light, Change our attitudes Start to feel, Find our weak ones, help them heal, Unite the world as a whole, Think equally, spite is the toll, Teach ourselves how to be sane, People must know, words spark pain, Use our hearts to help us succeed, Without love, who are we.

Thank you so much for the feedback, I'm new to poetry so I wasn't aware! But I appreciate the love haha

Updated the rhythm!

I liked the message you delivered; however, with the current punctuation, the poem seems faster than it should be; readers only pause at punctuation, not at the end of a line. With that said, I enjoyed this poem and, heck, maybe you wanted the rhythm that fast.

Just a little entry on how I feel humanity is acting as a whole towards one another.
