No Love Like Mine
Love. Love. Love!
I don't know how to be loved.
I let those who surround me control me.
I'm done feeling down because you don't listen. All you do is scream and argue.
Your words cage me and my thoughts never leave, just stay at the tip of my tongue.
You mistake my anger for weakness as my tears leave my eyes.
... But you love me, right?
I desired to be respected and heard. I want to be listened and understood.
I do not want to count the hours you make me happy and then count the years you don't.
You don't love me like you say you do.
