No More

She felt secure.

Secure in the warmth you drugged her with;

in the faith you drilled into her mind

like a god looking down on his servants!

YOU

ruin her.

Ruined her ability to stand.

Her ability to laugh and love.

Her crave for more in life.

Her once beautiful elegance

is now an empty shell that cries

the softest tears that fills a sea full of sorrow

that keeps wondering why it feels like there will be no tomorrow.

YOU

left her to drown in an unforgiving sea

that knows only of the wreckage and storms that you commanded.

The tidal waves that overwhelmed her to the point where

she wants to take her own life!

YOU!!

re-made her into this shell

this once elegant shell that I loved with all my heart.

I wanted to cherish her

To hold her.

To be the warmth that held her in the darkest of the nights

the one to calm those seas in her mind and

kiss her cheek.

No I wasn't able to

but now you are no more.

and I will

be the one to help her back up.

Help her see the light in your hatred

and bring her beautiful smile back into this world.

Because that is what calmed my seas

that is what rocked my boat

and that is what I live for!
