Heights, insects, and price tags

They have all scared me in one way or another

But one thing scares me the most

Being a disappointment to my peers or my mother

It is always a struggle

I never seem to be satisfied with myself

Always overthinking

My thoughts only hurting me, not letting me excel

Then things changed

I said no more

I cannot get back up till I fall down

No more

I cannot learn if I have never made mistakes

NO MORE

Being afraid won't help

It makes a wall that I cannot surpass and grow

Letting it take control me

And with that I then said not anymore
