Everybody pushed us down

Well just remember to keep your eyes on the stars and your feet on the ground because what they tell you doesn’t matter.

You’re here to stay

not to float away

They made you struggle in life by putting you down

but the struggle is part of the story

Everyone physically and mentally hurt you

but you need to know that there are two types of pain in this world

pain that simply hurts you

and pain that inspires you to grow.

They told you-you were worthless but you aren’t

When you start seeing your worth

you’ll start finding it harder to stay around people who don’t

so focus on what matters and let go of what doesn’t.

They try to push us to be the same as everyone else

and tell us it will be alright

but when you say everything will be alright

does not mean everything will stay the same.

I’ve told you what matters compared to what they all say

but there are just a couple more things you need to know before you conquer the world

The past should be the past

It can destroy the future

Live life for what tomorrow has to offer

not for what  yesterday has taken away

So don’t underestimate me

I know more than I say

think more than I speak

and notice more than you realize

In the end, only three things matter

how much you loved

how gently you lived

and how gracefully you let go of things that weren’t meant to be yours

So go live your life to the fullest
