No More Than Rhyming Words

A poem

I’m writing this poem

But the absence in my mind

Is making it hard to find

The words I need to write

This poem

I’m trying to write this poem

And it might sound insane

But it seems that my brain finds it easiest to write about pain

So I’m writing this poem

But these words aren’t a window to my soul

I’m not trying to fill this room in my heart people called a hole

This is just a poem
