No One Understands
We are so obsessed with fitting in, with being apart of the "in crowd". I've been alone when I'm surrounded by friends, How could the silence be so loud? We become numb to what our so called friends say and do. Even when what they say and do isn't right, we laugh and to ourself we aren't true. Trying to fit in, pretending to be something that we are not. Because we are now aware, we then become distraught. Caught in a world, full of death, bullies, rapes, just full of the utmost violence. With all of this going on, how could there ever be any silence. We have this pre-conceived idea that we are so different from one another, but we really are the same. So we turn on our true friends and family, trying to find someone to blame. I've now come to a conclusion, that I don't care if no one understands me. I no longer need to pretend just be understood. So I'll be who I am and live my life as I should.
