No Pain No Gain
To describe my discomforting nature is of careful effort.
Suffering inflicted as punishment for offensiveness.
Offensive for punishment as inflicted suffering.
Either way it goes.
It’s going,
To get away with much more than what love does,
Or does it?
You’ve scarred my flesh and soothed my desires.
I demand the worst from you.
It may be a source of attention.
The process by which your energy enters my system.
Pain is a matter of opinion.
Allowing opinions to be multiplied by matter, causes the pain we need.
To feed comfort and ease, we feed greed.
The needy is always greedy, but what do they ever gain?
Or do they just maintain?
I suppose I was led here to gain a better sense of who I am,
Right in this moment,
I am in pain.
I hurt.
I ache.
I’m anxious, selfish, and desirous.
Swinish.
Cut it out,
Don’t cut yourself.
