No Regrets

She was my soul, my light, my life She wiped away all my strife She dried my tears and heard me out Leaving no room for any doubt, She loved me. But now she's gone, I made a mistake. Her ex boyfriend's side, I did take. She bawled and yelled, She screamed and cried, And never let me say goodbye. I have no one now Who understands What life in this place Of me demands. It's void inside, This heart of mine, All because Of her wounded pride.
