No Regrets
The past is static its events shall not change
Time can't be reordered, reduced, rearranged
It happened, it's done, its effects have been applied
Regardless of its acceptance, its presence can't subside
The present is happening, ongoing, now
It is what we make it, let’s hope we know how
By ignoring the past, the present can prosper
No more regrets, search for peace, regardless of how we lost her
There is light in the distance, shining brighter and whiter
Providing us hope to keep strong, to be determined fighters
In order to reach it, find passion and belief
Because trust in oneself must first be reached
Once we can accept and move on from the past
We can excel remarkably, to first from last
