During those days, those oh so dark days Emotions swirling furiously I don’t know I might burst I need help There may not be a rhyme or reason Oh blessed reprieve My feelings now flow, like the ink across this paper Smooth and unreasonable Strong and confident Weak and lowly They have no rhyme or reason Through these words you see my soul My deepest desire My scariest thought My fierce complexity You see the real me through my words Although they may not have a rhyme or reason
