I walk around feelin like a hostage
In fear of my memories haughtin me
And when they do I crawl away like a coward
Steady at the moon howlin
Alone ain't nobody carin
I never beg for a peice of bliss so they never share it
So I embrace the struggle stayin humble till I outburst in aggression
And I try to leave it in cus if I let go I might do somethin unspeakable
Then I will never speak again
And be left rememberin the bad times like I do now
At these times I question
Was I ever really happy
Should have seen that forshadowing
Like my parents when I turn 18 the checks ain't comin so we gon have to embrace
the pain
Embrace the struggle
God don't let me slip let me stay with you
