Nobody Knows

I work everyday just to rise from the struggles

Hoping that my brother never dies for the struggle

On my knees praying

As god is my witness

Lord have mercy i don't wanna be a victim

Stuck in this cycle

My days go ablaze

In my room saying is it ever gonna change

living my whole life fearing the cliches

single home parent

2 jobs working

still goes to school her reality is hurting

dead beat dad only shows when he wants to

only 17 but i feel like I'm thirty

Damn

So many responsibility

my head is hurting

looking for an outlet

praying for relief

hoping for a day when i can finally be free

For someone to hear me

for someone to see

that i didn't choose this life

it chose me.
