I'm just a normal girl,

While my world falls apart and puts my life in a whirl.

I'm judged by the way I look,

and how well I can cook.

I'm afraid of my future,

No one's honest, not even the friendly neighborhood butcher.

My bands protect me from my own mind,

They attempt to remind me I'm one of a kind.

I will forever be judged by how heavy I appear,

While a few good claim, 'No need to look like a Victoria's Secret model dear.'

I hate what my reflections shows me when I stare,

I criticize every spot, every mark, every hair.

While I may not believe I'm the bomb.com,

I know I'll always have support from my mom.
