#nofilter

who are you when the filter is striped away?

when everyone else fades away...?

A girl with unbreakable walls

because with walls she let down

always came back to make her look like a foolish clown

a cold heart? you say?

is not what i'm trying to portray

but with no filter

i come off a little bitter

because i usually keep my emotions inside

so i can look happy on the outside

don't get me wrong

i love my life

but with no filter

your getting a glimpse of my life

work hard, pay bills

where is the thrill?

with no filter

the truth comes out and the picture i portrayed

has faded away
