"Normal"

The normalness is killing me:

"Let us all be the same and have the same cars.

Let's wear the same clothes, and have no pawns

in this game we call Life."

I cannot be the same just as you cause

I know for a fact that we were born the same way

and we act the same way, but into different beings

we've become.

The normalness is killing me:

"Only God can judge us!"

If that was what we worried about, we wouldn't act

the same, and "turn up" just the same, and be the same; we

would be us, nevertheless trying to be someone that we never were.

The normalness is killing me:

"Stop being wierd."

Hey, that wierdness is what defines me, and there is no shame in the game

if I'm not the same. No, I am not a size that is acceptable, nor do I have

the six-pack that is a perpetual image that is "right". I have what you

don't have: I have myself not corrupted by this Life called "Society"

that becomes worse by the day.

I am Me.
