Normal is an Illusion

Nothing is black or white. Its all shades of grey. Nothing is wrong or right. Everything is just ok. You see, normal is an illusion...or is an illusion normal? In this world, you cant tell. We're all surrounded by confusion. You have absolute truths, but everyone is focused on the relative. We have all the facts but, we all stay opinionated.

But I digress, what is normal? You see, whatever is normal for the spider is chaos for the fly. Its a little hard to digest. And it may be all for naught, all this information you got, if you throw it away, laugh and go your own way, anyways...

These truths in my head, whether absolute or relative, need me to put pen to paper, so dont throw me in the grinder, I didnt think you'd mind, or maybe even be a little kinder.

If I pointed, that Normal is an Illusion.

TheGentlemanPoet

I am 20 years old and I am short with reddish brown hair. I love to write and read poetry and its always been a passion for me. I express how I feel through my words and really this is the only way I can. (Just a little note, I had a previous account that I deleted so a lot of my poems might be recognized by some of you.)
