Northern Star

Lure them in with your evanescent gleam.

Bind them into your eternal paradise.

Throw their hypnotic nothings to the wind.

Craft velvet wings from jewels.

Your primrose shimmer must never dull.

Dance for them but refuse their strings,

guide them with your luxurious act to their own nirvana.

Craft from your delicate bones and edible skin

a marionette and

teach it your rewarding movements.

Dare to scream your faith in Angels,

prepare to leap through the inferno

to and endless January.

Refresh,

let the buds of your new-born skin blossom.

Appraise creative vandalism but

refuse the blade of a knife

to cut holes into your

eternity.

Hammer your prayers into your star-gazing soul.

Never dull.

Ignite your fears and become

your own Northern Star,

guide your body home with your exquisite silhouette.

Protest.

Refuse to neglect who you are.
