My relationships always seem to fail

I was always scared to open up so I just bail

I never knew how to trust 

I just wanted my relationships to be based on more than lust

Then you came into my life 

I just knew you were the one to be my wife

But when we met we sat down and went over some ground rules 

I had no choice but to be completely true

Because i know that is the main thing you always want me to do

We went from bestfriend’s 

To we’re going to be together till the very end

When your eyes lock with mine

I see a strong woman who’s waiting to break out and shine

I love you from the earth to mars
