Nostalgia

It actually felt really nice

to sit here and write

in my old spot

I watched a bee buzz between my knees

a flock of crows all sang out at once

the moss cooled the spot I sat

and the sun on its way to set

warmed my skin

with her arms outstretched

she embraces everything

for night fall is closing

in the dark cold she will miss us

so with one final warm squeeze

she slips away
