Not Alone
All around me
Negative and critical,
Crushing my dreams.
World suffocating,
I am all alone.
Crying out to the world,
No one answers.
But then a ray
A glorious ray,
Shines through the darkness.
Glowing brighter,
Ever closer.
Friend.
Keeper of my heart.
No longer alone.
