Not Alone

Can You hear my pleas?

Can You hear my silent screams?

Or am I alone in this world at war?

I am just as alone as I was before.

So now I search desperately for a way out.

I am trapped in the same cycle of loneliness and I'm going down.

There is just one thing I need to ask of You before I go,

Can You make me feel like I was not alone?

Can You make me whole?

Can You fix this broken soul?

It feels like I'm carrying a falling sky on my shoulders.

The pain just makes me more alone as I grow colder.

There is just one thing that I wish You would do,

Can You make me feel like I am brand new?

Can You save me from this?

Can You stop me from slipping into the abyss

Its not my fault that everyone else made me feel like I didn't belong.

When loneliness is bearing on me I can't keep standing strong.

There is just one thing that I need before I fall,

Can You make me feel like I actually mattered at all?

Can You save me from the end?

Can You teach me how to mend?

I have put all of my faith into this one thing.

If You fail me then I am nothing.

There is just one thing I need before You bring me back,

Can You remind me of the pain I feel now if I ever begin to lose track?
