Not just paper

Deuteronomy 23:12-13

12 “Also you shall have a place outside the camp, where you may go out; 13 and you shall have an implement among your equipment, and when you sit down outside, you shall dig with it and turn and cover your refuse.

Paper

Here we go again. Time to stop scribbling.

Was it worth the while to let whatever roam?

Is the paper wasted, was it better for my siblings

To write their heart’s desires as a common goal

I guess there is more paper than thoughts of importance

It must be predestined that paper comes on a roll

Is far more important to leave impressions of importance

To be flushed away as it pays our destined toll

I am kind of glad that it does not have a line

that has to be followed to appear civilized

Only used behind my back like a reaping pantomime

That carries the end of simple waste to be standardized

Here is a place where part of us joins all together

No difference now visible between the poor and the rich

Being healthy or sick does now not really matter

As there it shows for certain that depravity is a bitch

Next time you touch a roll of paper kiss it before you use it

It brings happiness somewhere to a strange mind like mine

Make sure that gentleness is much better than to abuse it

For in this environment it beats corncobs by a mile
