Not mine, but a fave
Is size all that matters?
Size is size and size is size
It is always so important
Because size draws the eyes
If your size is too large
They won't stay inside
If your size is too small
You have nothing to hide.
Size is important
To both girls and guys
We judge each other
Based on size
The bigger the better
As the saying goes
But don't show them off
Or you're a slut and a hoe
In a perfect world
Size would not count
But the world is not perfect
So it's what it's all about
Size of the body
The circumference around
Size of the brain
Don't make a sound.
We judge what we see
And we base it on size
Because that's what makes us beautiful
In our minds eye.
To personalize the words I preach
My size has made me and object to critique
Guess her size, is a game often played
The letter on my tag is a very low grade
I could never quite tell you the exact size I am
But mystery is a beauty I am quite glad to have
My size has had me branded
The names that have landed
In my collection of words
You may never even heard
It's a rough path to tow
No yellow brick road
Or ruby red shoes to take me home
But my size is the subject
I wish people would forget
The years I flaunted them around
They were not even half of what they are now.
My size is my size and my size is unknown
They are all natural and grown at home
I could tell you stories
Of my parents worries
But this is about size
And how we all compromise
Our self respect to please
Others views with these
Silly numbers indicating size
Not bravery, or success, just bullshit and lies
People do make up numbers, in hopes to receive
Some form of respect if others believe.
But size is a number and a number is not you
You are the faith and things you've been through
If you're packing feel no shame
Of you're lacking all the same
Be who you are because that is true
Nobody else could be youer than you
And that is a quote, sure I'll admit
But nobody could say it better, believe it
So is size all that matters?
Because all size is is size and size is just size
