Not My Past

I am not anger

I am not forgiving

But I am not my past.

I am not hurt

I am not resolved

But I am not my past.

I am not saddened

I am not gleeful

But I am not my past.

My past does not and should not

Define my.

It is not who I am.

I am many things,

Ranging all across the scope

But I am certainly,

Not my past.
