Not Myself

No longer "allowed" to be myself without a smart remark
How should I act if not like me?
Like everyone else?
Should I just fade into the shadows of civilization?
Become something I'm not, to appeal to ones feelings
Guess I have no choice
I have NO say in who I am
Feeling trapped in my own skin
I am not myself anymore
