Not myself

I don’t feel like me again, the voices in my head won’t stop, they are loud. Loud nothing, everything and anything all at once. Sentences of a conversation had last week mixed in with the thing you did wrong 3 years ago. The voice that makes you doubt everything and everyone around you is the strongest of all. They are all my voice trapped within. Making you not want to speak out loud. Though if you do it is to yell or say words you don’t or at least you think you don’t mean. Every day is a roll of the dice weather it will be clear sky’s or rain. The idea of just being ok seeming more and more away.
