Not Number 1

He was not the number one dad in the world

His faults were many and decisions unforgiving

He left me stranded in a desert of hate

It lead me to a path that would change my fate

A place of love, forgiveness, and Christ

My father was not the number one Dad in the world

I let go of the past and although he's not around

The love I have for my father can always be found
