Not A Phoneix
You lit me on fire,
With the proclaim,
"It will cleanse you!"
"You will be found!"
I withstood the scorching heat,
Felt every inch of my flesh melt,
With your echo in the background,
About how well I took the pain,
At this point I'm scrreaming, "What could I possibly gain?
Finally,it died out,
And ashes were the only thing left,
You shrugged your shoulders so nonchanlantly saying,
The fire left nothing of you,
Because you're not a phoneix,
You shouldn't have existed.
