Not Ready to Mingle
My life is inconsistent,
So i keep my distance from commitments,
And when she says Im her only one i don't even take the time to listen,
Cuz I'd rather us stay cool rather than hot like the fire in my kitchen,
I'd rather take my time and enjoy the intimacy and kissing,
Than to watch our relationship go from copacetic to pathetic in an instant,
I refuse to care because I am aware that nothing lasts forever and fate is unfair,
Too young for love is what I declare,
Cuz I'd rather skip the breakups and awkward stares,
Love is forbidden and relationships are out the question,
So when I don't respond dont get to stressing,
Cuz the thought of having you and losing you makes me sick like indigestion,
So ima keep it pimping and you can keep on simping,
Cuz as long as I'm young nothing you say can make a difference,
You can hate me and even say that I'm cruel,
But my ultimatum is to stay single or be played like a fool....
