But not really


I love you.

My hearts feels it.

 

Suddenly-

But not really-

 

Cold distance,

Vague words,

They stand between us.

 

You tolerate me.

Your eyes proved it.

 

Warm tears,

Fresh pain,

Nothing but ourselves between us.

 

Slowly-

But not really-

I will go away.

 

I'll forget you.

My skin remembers the others just like you.

 

Lacerations,

Scars,

More expressive than my words.
