Not So Fairy Tale

Once upon a time

(She was torn down to the bone

nothing left except for the voices inside her thin skull.

She was vulnerable

or easy as some may call it.

He took her heart

and squeezed the life out of it

through his smutty fingers.

Pulverizing her entire life,

he took away the only thing she had left.

He poisoned her with his charm

and seduced her with his lies.

Never again

would she let herself fall under that spell)

There was not a happily ever after.
