Not worth it....but....

My first sight of you was a positive disaster

Your first word opened me to perceptibility

My immune system regarded you as an innocuous imposter

The thoughts of us are my reality

I can only let my imagination run wild

It is absurd to think I deserve you

Give me a chance to treat you like a child

Without you, there is less I can do

Fairly tough outside, but notably light inside

The more I see you, the more I crack up

Just me and you and none on the side

To other chaps might be as easy as a layup

But since we have grown to understand that unlike subjects attract

We have nothing to lose if we get a chance to interact
