Nothing

Shhhhh….. silence. Silence is key, the key to satisfaction, the satisfaction of another erie shape, resembling what seems to be being. Being obedient, but trying not to be seen. Hiding the imperfections. Wait..are they approving….? No.. because he says hush… she demands shh.. utter silence. The salty drops release her screams so she can abide by the rules of  a  good  girl. Good girl turned to hopeful girl, turned to sad girl, turns to a plea for help.. is anyone there? Maybe. But can she trust the venus fly trap luring it’s pray when all she wants is to feel safe. Safe and sound asleep. Sleeping away the world. She told me she doesn’t want to sleep. She said she has to. Its the only way out. Except for when her realities haunt her peace time. She can’t run away, so what does she do? The young girl succumbs then embraces a fantasized world to escape the seemingly inescapable whirlwind of up, betrayal, down, rage, left, do this, right, don’t do that.. be a  good  girl. Say your prayers, take your pills, do your work. Make happy… She will hush.. for silence is the dark cloud keeping her caged yet, it is the blanket that she needs by her side.
