Nothing
"You're nothing!" That's what you said to me. Nothing?
If I'm nothing to you then why keep me around.
If I'm nothing, why bother? Just let me go.
"V\mat comes from the mouth, comes from the heart.
"That's your philosophy. So, nothing?
That's really what you think of me?
Excuse me for being repetitious in my words.
It's just the "nothing" I can't get past.
"Get over it. "
That is what you'd tell me.
Well' I'm sorry I have feelings
And I'm sorry I'm not cold hearted and hardcore.
So, sorry that when someone tells me "you're nothing,'
I get upset. Nothing, huh?
Well I thought I was at least your friend.
Unless being your friend means "nothing" to you.
Or is it just the friendship I give that means nothing?
