Nothing

I feel I am nothing when he doesn't love me. The hallow emptiness is an echo in my head And I know that everything I do is all I know. Nothing I want to break down and run or hide For every cell inside me is invisible. There is not a sound of my heartbeat. But wait...there it is...nothing. I see him as the love of my whole life. But every mistake I have ever made That is all he sees. I am always wishing and have one small hope.. But it's not enough. It's nothing. I see myself begging in my mind. It's so loud, I would think the whole world can hear And yet he is the one who can't. Probably because I'm nothing. Love is what I hold tight for Maybe today he will love And my wishes above all wishes will come true The wish that screams please love me. But the ugly reminder remains true. He won't love. Because he can't love... Nothing.
