Nothing Less

How DARE I show skin

How DARE I speak up

How DARE I be curvy

Or skinny

Or tall

Or short

Or bulky

How DARE I be me.

I am a woman

That does not lessen me

I speak up

I am not bossy

My body is to be respected

Not taken or owned,

We are women

Nothing less

Be who you dream

These standards don’t define you

Change them

Break away from this norm

You are a women

And nothing less
