nothing is the same

i had a father as far as i know i never knew,

i had a mom who was a druggy and turned out to be a prostitute,

they both were my parents but for me they couldnt provide,

this was the real world so i had to wake up and realize,

that i was just a baby and didnt get a choice to choose,

what i was going to gaina and what i was going to loose,

im 16 now and still try to look back and see,

the time i was in the hospital and my mom decided to leave,

theres things in life we just cant decide,

i cant put away my memories like i cant put this asside,

i try to see in my mind that things were better,

but i cant run from my emotions within the stormy weather,

in the end you can wait and see everything that has changed,

but it will only turn out that nothing is the same.

in this poem im talking about my biological parents,i never knew them but i only have a file telling a little bit about them and nothing in there is truly positive but i guess you could say either way that not every thing in life is going to be positive too but we keep moving forward.
