Nothing was the same

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice I guess the friendship wasn't true. I guess it wasn't right, I got played twice and now I lay in this bed with twice the pain each night. Same damn thoughts, I think them every single time. I should probably be arrested if thinking was a crime. I just don't understand but they say God has this plan, he makes everything happen cause he's the almighty man. But God was this part of your plan? To have me trust someone and for them to scram ..like I said I don't understand. There's a lesson here you want me to learn, is it give thy trust and get non in return? Or maybe get no trust and then you'll earn..it all sounds the same, but I need it to make sense. The question I have is should I put up a fence? Guard my life to those who might take flight..the guys who run with my heart and my girls who don't make it right..see in high school, senior year I had such a good thing going. And before it started it ended without me even knowing. But now I'm growing and hopefully I never stop, I'm sure I'll still feel this pain when I make it to the top.
