Nothing without

Without my wits I am not

The man I thought

I am lost and bewildered

Left to rot

Without my wits I would not survive

This world of instability

Possessions rule this land

The mind has lost her value

Matter has trumped mind

The pen is bludgeoned by the sword

Still those with wits trudge on

Knowing one day

Our time will come
