Notice Me

It was a Sunday morning

I saw you, but you didn't see me

It was because of my long black hair.

My naturally tan skin

Oval face and curved figure,

that you would not notice me,

It was because of my background that I knew,

I knew that because of my family,

My life, My history,

That you would not notice me
