Your mind is filling up – pay attention

Sometimes, you have to lose your mind to come to your senses –

Emotions are natural – like passing weather

Death isn’t sad, the sad thing is – most people never live at all

Live this moment now – you will never get it back

When you get up there – you make every move about the move

Not about the gold or what your dad thinks of you –

Not about anything – but that one moment in time

A warrior is not about protection, victory or invulnerability – but about absolute vulnerability

Life has 3 rules – paradox, humor, and change

Paradox – life is a mystery, don’t waste time trying to figure it out

Humor – keep a sense of humor especially about yourself, it's a very strengthful measure

Change – know that nothing stays the same

The journey is what brings us happiness – not the destination

Get rid of all that bullshit inside your head – that tells you that you might not be enough

Accept – that you can’t control what happens to you

If you were present – 100% devoted to that one moment in time – you were living

People live their whole life dreaming – and never wake up

Make everyday count –

If you found out you were dying – would you be nicer, love more, or try something new?

Well you are –

We all are –

There are no ordinary moments –

So live for today – leave tomorrow alone

As for yesterday – just let it go
