Numb

i don’t want to know what you think,

you don’t care, you’re mind is blowing

like the wind but eventually you sink

into your heart and it’s showing,

your incapacity to express your mind

on the true ideas that run the tracks

of the train inside your brain, find

someone they say, but it all cracks

and crumbles when you begin to wonder

what life would be like no longer lonesome,

with someone to call your one another,

but no, you stay numb

to the signals that others give,

but you ignore, and alone you live
