Numb

As I lay in the bed I try to cry only to realize im numb

Im numb to the crying

Numb to the pain

Numb to the yelling

Numb to the ache

Numb to the emotion us humans call sadness

The feeling that makes you feel a pit in your chest

The feeling that can quickly turn into depression

Numb to the thought of even getting up

There is no more tears left to cry so i huddle up

And try to feel those emotions again
