Numb
I thought I could wait it out.
I believed the cloud which shielded the light from my eyes was passing by.
But as the cloud remained motionless,
It influenced me to do the same.
I became less of a being and more of an object,
Which relied on others to help it move.
Those who moved me couldn't see
The cloud which had lodged itself above me.
And I was too numb to convey it to them.
