numb

I no longer feel cold.

I no longer feel warmth.

I don't feel your hand grasp my own.

I don't feel your heart beating in your chest

I don't feel the safety of your arms around me.

I can't feel your breath against my neck.

I can't feel you smiling against my mouth.

Now that you're gone,

I just feel nothing.
